I married a man from Marblehead and have been on the shore for one of their beautiful fireworks shows. This is truly a shame. I hope they can reschedule for later in the summer. Marblehead is a special place.

That was weak… about 15 years ago here in San Diego,we had a fire/ mishap on one of the timed synchronized fireworks barges in the bay at the 4th.. the entire display went up over about a minute and a half…. Best short show Ever!

UPDATE! It was announced that the fireworks will be used for next year and not at a sooner date. YEAH RIGHT! I heard that one before when money is set aside for town projects. Now where did the money go? There where no fireworks shown being set up or ready! The barge was never loaded with any fireworks when it was on fire. It was a big lie!

For real I’m from Plymouth and they been doing it on a ship outside the harbor like my whole life. We used to watch from the roof of the old factories, now I sneak onto the Mayflower and watch it from the ship 😂

One time (before good cameras on phones) a family member mistakenly threw a large trash bag of fireworks on trash fire. I was leaving in my truck when all hell broke loose, I saw my dad hiding behind his riding mower, horses next door pasture were going ape sh*t. Was loud, and I think cops paid a visit to get explanation. 😂😂
