Fireworks spectacular takes over Rose Bowl in Pasadena after L.A. Galaxy-LAFC game

The Rose Bowl in Pasadena celebrated the Fourth of July with a fireworks spectacular and a soccer match between the LA Galaxy and LAFC.

Native Californian. Born here in LA. Have never seen the Rose Bowl fireworks. Will try next year if I can get some responsible to stay with my pets. Where I live, fireworks have been going off every night for the past couple of weeks. I don't go out after dark to keep them calm.

@bobbowie9350 That's not a problem. Thank you though, some people might not know. The harder problem is to get a couple people in to stay with the pets, all 15 of them. Nobody wants to work holidays anymore. When I was young, I never turned down an opportunity to make some $$$.

Worse fireworks show ever behind the stadiums no programming music was off . They didn’t even say it started I though people in the parking lot where doing it . Waste of money . I’ve seen rose bowl fireworks before and this was awful. They left the stadium lights on for the whole show for crying out loud

Agreed! But did you notice how low they were exploding? I think they were having major issues getting the rockets off the ground, and therefore did not even attempt a finale. But it was disappointing this year for sure!

KTLA is so trash. Americafest ended last year! You have to buy a ticket to the game to see the fireworks in and around the stadium.
