Can I just leave the fiber tape by itself or do I have to apply liquid grip on top of it?

You can leave the Fiber Tape without Liquid Grip if you wish, but we highly recommend the top coat to fill in pores and provide higher friction and rubberized grip surface.

Will this work on a fiberglass handle?

Absolutely. The Fiber Tape does have a resin in it that solidifies the wrap and stick to rough surfaces, but also the compression action helps secure it to any handle.

What is the dimensions of the laceing rings

Our Lacing Rings have an apx opening of 7/8", but stretch significantly to fit a wide range of handles.
