This is exactly what I ave been looking for! I have lost 70 pounds in the last twelve months. Slow and steady, but I didn’t exercise enough! My doctor stresses weights, weights, weights! I did this following a kickboxing Tabata. And it was just what I needed. My shoulders were on fire. And I’ve learned that I need to go up in weight for my biceps. Thank you so much for being here for this journey and giving me such an awesome resource to get it done.

LOVE this arm workout, Chris!! I was sooooo happy to see the side rotation move! That move is so effective! I love that you keep it simple, basic and effective and do not try and put creative and unsafe variations on the moves. I'll add this one on alot. Love, love, love it!!! 💪❤💪❤

I did this workout on a Monday after spending a weekend working a youth softball tournament and logging 30,000 steps. Wanted to do something that didn’t involve lower body. This was perfect. Paired it with the 15 minute oblique workout! Just what I needed!
