this makes me so happy to watch! after 3 miscarriages i finally had a baby girl that spent 4 months in the NICU and had open heart surgery at a week old. then i had baby #2 and he spent 2 1/2 weeks in the NICU. im pregnant with #3 and praying i FINALLY get to hold my baby after delivery and have this time! this video made me so happy & hopeful ❤

I’m due next Friday April 9th! During my entire pregnancy I have been looking for a video like this to get an idea of what the first 24 hours will be like and I’m so glad you filmed & posted this! 🥺💕 This really took away my worries and I learned so much from watching this video! I was probably in tears the entire video thinking “that will be me with my baby girl any day now🥲”. I’m a first time mother and nowhere near as experienced as you are but I learned that I just need to be confident in myself so that baby feels comfortable and is happy 💕 you are a super mom for filming this! How did your labor go? How is the baby?!

Natasha Lebedeva thank you for asking ! I actually unfortunately had a very difficult labor. I had to be induced at 39 weeks 2 days because my son was having decelerations in his heart rate. I labored 33 hours 5 of those were at 10 centimeters without an epidural because he was not at an ideal station for me to push so it was very exhausting and extensive but when it was time to push he came right out and he is perfect ! So blessed to have gotten thru it healthy and for him to be healthy as well 💙

What a cute baby! Just wanted to say for new moms that you shouldn’t give new born baby’s baths in the first few days since their skin has the vernix still and keeps the baby’s new born skin moisturized. There is no need to give a newborn baby a bath within the first 48 of life. Baby’s don’t come out dirty.

I never slept after having my babies... I was tired but wired.. I just took cat naps.. my babies slept fine while in the hospital, but I totally understand... I think the hormonal fluctuations play a big role in it for me...
