Thanks for showing us the pain after birth and tiredness..people on here usually don't post that so you don't prepare for it. I actually just bought the after ease drops and I'm gonna be ask for Tylenol or something..lol baby is due may 7th but may come early she was already a bit big in the last sono and im scared 😱. My last baby was 9 lb and 12 Oz. Its super hard to bounce back without so much pain when u are contracting back to size. But beautiful baby and congrats!

Can I ask what settings you used for pumping the colostrum? Did you just use let down mode the entire time since not much comes out or did you try expression mode once some started coming out?

Yes I used the expression mode and was just patient with it even though I didn't have a whole lot yet!

I like soda with meals but otherwise drink a ton of water! I ordered my Stanley cup from the Stanley website and it helps me drink a ton of water!
