It was verified illegitimately using a secret way. The way the game evaluates the length is by taking the time it took to verify the lvl in that attempt. (Correct me if I’m wrong) The progress bar ended at 100% because it was verified using a secret way that made the lvl end faster than beating it legit, tricking the game into thinking that the lvl ended here.
