Sir sorry to say : the food served to other class passengers are exactly the same : only difference you are given plates . Rest the pantry prepares the food and then packs : visit the pantry car you will get to know . And You were lucky enough to find continental food . In max trains it has been discontinued ......sealdah and howrah rajdhani

Nice👌Well you talked about perception, perception is made from many experiences many people have come across. And luckily you get some good food once in any train does not mean people have wrong perception. IR is known for being late, un-cleanliness, poor service response etc. But yes it can't be denied that in some random case you find decent service. I am using decent word because the ticket price has risen exponentially across vis-a-vis service standards are not so, which is actually unfair to any traveller. IR is yet far from being! good
