Other Indian youtubers don't show these train videos of Bangladesh. They compare 3rd class old local trains with good trains in India. There will be such problems in developing countries. There are other good reviews also, one I remember Nomadic Indian (Dipangshu). Which was liked by many Bangladeshis. Now comparison, nobody does because old time is gone, India mostly electric trains and broad gauge. Coaches are improving also. But kudos to Bangladesh as they are modernising also gradually.

@@dss-ld7fm Everyone in Bangladesh knows about Kolkata. No one in Bangladesh disrespects Kolkata. Because its Bengali's emotions. 70% of tourists visiting Kolkata are Bangladeshis. At present economically Dhaka is far ahead of Kolkata and also many aspects. But the people of West Bengal and others Indian do not believe it because they have not seen the mordenization of Bangladesh. Those who have made videos about these have less views. I remember when an Indian KZbinr comes to Bangladesh he appreciates Bangladesh in most of his videos but one day he shows a video of an overloaded train on the day of the university admission exam in our country and he defames Bangladesh in that video. and that video went viral in India. 😐

A little correction, the locomotive wasn't made in Indonesia. The locomotive was made in korea by hyundai. The coaches were made in indonesia by inka.

@@localkid59 Listen here local kid. Board gauge does not mean advanced. Whether the train is advanced or underdeveloped depends on the mechanics engineering of the locomotive and Coaches. European countries use standard gauge. And the most used gauge in the world is also standard gauge. So there is no point in arguing about your broad gauge train. And you know this Korean 2200HP locomotive beat your Indian made WDM 3D Borad Gauge 3200HP Locomotive in our Iswardi bypass.

Even broad gauge was also considering as standard gauge, only when it is solely used for passenger trains. But broad gauge is suitable,reliable and mostly used type as it is suitable for both goods and passengers train. And you are saying that wdm3 can be beaten by Korean loco, but in terms of what??? On the basis of signal run you can't judge a loco efficiency. Even where you are comparing a passenger train loco and a mixed traffic loco, seriously. And look at technology, where Korean loco is developed in present time and wdm locos are from 1993. There is a huge gap in technology l.

@@localkid59 Funny. Standard Gauge and Board Gauge are not same. Standard gauge is 4ft Broad gauge is 6ft. And I'm talking about that 20 year technology gap. Despite being meter gauge Loco, it has stability, pickup speed better than wdm and cabin with modern featuers, AC, bell alarm, air filter. That's why I called it advance. And it's actually advanced. And this Korean loco is also 1980 model which has been completely redesigned as per our needs and given modern Features and Technology. WDM 3D and Korean GT38ACL locos were going directly side by side in a double line at Ishwardi Bypass. Korean loco's have better pickups and easily go ahead of wdm 3d. Then that video went viral in Bangladesh wdm 3d the most powerful engine running in Bangladesh lost by a meter gauge Loco.

That flashing light on top of locomotive was beacon light. Main purpose of that is to identify the equipment from distance. Not sure on use on locomotive, it could be either to identify in case of emergency, power outage or foggy condition. I worked in underground mine and it was one of the mandatory safety feature.
