My lawd - the girls look like they're channeling "The Judds" with those outfits! Great job, as always though - showing us that Sweden can do American roots music justice!

This song is technically not bluegrass, if's before that, which basically started with Bill Monroe, and was first recorded in 1928 I do believe. And its origins go back even further, past down from generation to generation like all the songs of the mountain folk, as they are sometimes called. In a way it's confirming the deep Christian faith of the Scoth-Irish people who settled in Appalachia. This version seems pretty true to its roots. And I didn't realize Johanna had such a low voice. Good job, and great harmonies as usual. “God willin’ and the creek don’t rise.” 😉
