I think your channel is going to grow really quickly. I am getting through all your videos and enjoying it. Stuff in bed for a few weeks after have hysterectomy. I am married and have have a daughter. Watching your videos reminds me off my 20's I am 44. Keep up the fab videos

Ellen, have you found a way to make the spinach and lettuce stay fresh longer? 🙏🏽

The key to keeping spinach and lettuce fresh is keeping them as dry as possible. If I have the space I’ll store them in containers lined with paper towels so the water they naturally release can be absorbed. I’ll also remove any leaves that are going bad every couple of days as they speed up the decay process if they’re left in there! A bag will keep about 5-7 days I find 😊
