Gallagher rly wants the energy regen, the 3 star lc multiplication can advance him forward, post op can also give more energy regen, both are better options

Exactly this, just I think post op has to be at least superimposition 2 or 3. Perfect timing is kind of wasted since his eidolon already gives 50% effect res. Post op setup also needs energy regen rope, and he gets plenty of break effect from Harmony TB and Ruan Mei.

Agreed! I use Multiplication lightcone on Gallagher, and it's basically free speed (and more skill points for the team). All of his support and big superbreak damage is from his ult, so energy regen rope is a must!

same as the other comments, i think gallagher needs ER rope for more sustained ult uptime, i do run mine 4pc thief set for even more ER occasionally if he breaks some adds also 4pc watchmaker doesn't stack so u might want to 4pc messenger on ruanmei when u run both ruanmei and imaginary trailblazer
