I became a FirstKhao fan after watching Only Friends: their chemistry is just insane!! Like others said, they could just stare at one another for an hour and you would be happy! Their eyes hold so much emotion and it's so beautiful. There story is also so beautiful: I'm so happy they found each other and are each other's comfort person

They probably have contract, they don't really decide the cast they are working with. It's the director's choice but also gmmtv, as you can see there are official duo who are part of gmmtv's pillars (OffGun/EarthMix/JoongDunk ect..)

Thank you for your reply; that makes sense! And a duo needs to be right for the story/characters. Do you perhaps know, within gmmtv, does the director and gmmtv have someone/a duo in mind when they want to make a particular series? Or do they do auditions to see who works?

@@Alice_Novelland I don't really know but I think I remember P'Aof saying that he thought First and Khao were perfect to play The eclipse. And it's totally possible that a director chooses a duo because they have good chemistry to play the characters
