Great start to season! Remind Ashley that the key for her is to "drive angry" (as she described it on her best day last season). Some people need to calm down, but she is the opposite, and needs to be having an out of breath adrenaline rush, with hands shaking when her run is over lol!😆

Haha agreed! I'll keep on her to drive angry.

@@RinerAutomotiveCar seemed awesome to my eyes on 800 lbs front springs, stiffer rear springs (300?) and softer bars all around.

Yep exactly. Only suspension change from last event last year is the front springs, same tires. I really think the issues that day were from the colder weather.

Good to see you too. We will definitely be back at some point. Such a fun venue.

Zmax is a ccr staple. I hope the crew treated you well. I would be very curious to see your TPS logged. Are you getting close to WOT, especially in the slaloms? Is your rear sway bar adjustable? More rear stiffness on a day like that may help the front axle change car direction.

This was the shakedown event for the car. Rear sway is not adjustable.

@@RinerAutomotive it could be I am over-focusing on your tires singing. Fwiw, I have the MM weld on rear bar and two different tubes. (4) different positions plus you can change the cross tubes to adjust torsional stiffness. Prior to cranking up the rear roll stiffness I was lifting the front inside wheel on corner exit of some elements.

The surface at zMax is very talkative. I recently went down in rear sway bar size but my suspension is likely very different from yours.

Did you ever get your SLA system working?

Yep she's a ripper. Going into my second year running it.

@@RinerAutomotive Awesome! I'm doing a C6 'vette f/r setup in my AWD 65 Falcon. It's a steep learning curve, but should handle well. I'll dig through your videos and catch up on your build.
