Nowadays, it has been upgraded to an MA-rating, whereas it's still rated 15 in the UK.

Even with the upgrade, the MA is still more liberal. Someone under 15 can still see it, they just need to be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. This is not the case with a BBFC 15.

Yeah the BBFC to this day is more conservative than the OFLC with its rating system.
