*Videos are shot with Semi SLR camera and will be sent to you within 48 hours of jump. It does not include Drone shot videos in it.
*Ticket booked is non-refundable or non-transferable. Time-slot booked is non-transferable or non-re-schedulable.
*Jump Can be denied if the jumper is found under the influence of Alcohol or drugs or if found medically unfit without Refund of the ticket.
*Report to the venue 30mins prior to time-slot booked. Entry or jump can be denied if you are late by 30mins of your booked Jump slot.
*Please wear Sporty Clothes like t-shirt, lowers & Joggers, shorts and Shoes. Please avoid Chappals, sandals or barefoot is not allowed to jump. Women are recommended not to wear one-piece dress or Saree.
*Your Personal Go-pro or any other Cameras can be denied, if it is disturbing the smooth and safe operations.
*No refund will be done, if you refuse to jump. You will be given only 1 chance to jump.
*In-case of Bad weather conditions or any technical issues, we will shift your jump slot to next best available jump slot.
*For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the jump at any moment. A new best available jump slot will be given under such circumstances.
*Any Nuisance created by any jumper will lead to cancellation of the jump without any refund of the ticket.
*Please Bring Your Aadhaar Card along for the jumper identity verification.
