Sth that not many people understand is that not only eliza and her family were affected by the pamflet but also Maria and her daughter. Thank you for showing that! She only did what she did for her daughter, to protect her from her father. She did not want this to happen in the first place

@@angelamachado74 I rarely see animatics that put Maria in a not so incriminating position. Ppl often forget that she was a victim of domestic violence and that she was forced by her husband to do those sort of thing. It's so sad to see how much hate she is getting. She is such a beautiful and interesting person. I'm so happy when she is not seen as the villan but rather as a victim bc that's what she is. I think i only saw one another animatic for this song do that but unfortunately it was long time ago and I don't remember who did it. I was trying to find that animatics and instead I found this amazing piece of art ^^. I'm so lucky

@@itanycutter5734 Yeah I agree and even though I don't approve of cheating no matter who's doing it and for any sort of reason whatsoever I do still feel sympathy for her. Even though I don't approve of the way she went about seeking comfort I don't really hate her for doing so because I understand where it came from even if it was still a scandalous thing to do on her and and on his end. I don't like how when someone cheats they blame the other person and Not often the person who's cheating, Well I say that both parties are responsible especially if the other party knew that they were having an affair with someone who was either married or already in a relationship. (I mean if the other person involved didn't know then of course I'm not going to blame them because they didn't know) But my point is even though I feel sympathy for Maria Reynolds and I'm not going to slander her as a person and I don't hate her I still don't think that it was a good thing for her to cheat on her husband just like it was not a good thing for Alexander to cheat on his wife, because there is never any good reason to cheat on your spouse.

I once saw a gacha thing where it was a singing battle between musicals, and when Eliza was introducing herself she said "Eliza Ham-" hesitated, then continued with "Eliza Schuyler" This really moved me because it showed how much Alexander royally fucked up enough to make his loyal, loving, sweet and kind wife not even address herself as associating with him.

Thank you for showing Maria pissed about him telling everyone about the affair. People are so harsh on her. But she was abused and Alex could have easily said no. She never knew he was THAT dumb. And to be affected like that? At least the Hamilton’s has each other. All Maria had was herself and her daughter. ❤️

is SO well done! I loved that you included Maria. The part were Eliza sings "You have ruined our lifes"... People tend to think she refers to the Hamilton family. It's not only that. The Reynold's life and reputation was ruined, especially Maria's, and that's something most people forget. The Reynolds Pamphlet affected Maria as well, we just never get to see her side of the story. And the multiple Eliza's, showing just how much she's changed... Amazing! Very well done!

I loved so many things about this! First I love how when Eliza says she doesn’t know who Alex is it flashes to her singing I know who I married in “that would be enough” since essentially Alex made her liar she doesn’t really know him, also the part showing that he ruined both her and Maria’s life plus their kids! You get huge points I don’t think I seen anybody show Maria’s kid before in this! And the part where the children turned to the Reynolds’s pamphlet on your legacy was genius and I loved the ending of her dropping her ring!! Great job!
