Hi I’m farming 150 acres in Minnesota,, just me, 100 for hay, 25 for corn ( pick and put in cribs for later use, grind for feed and sell ) and 25 for wheat, neighbors combine it,, anyway I’m having a good time -- farmin 😎 have a great day ,, all my equipment is old school

Hi Kel's thanks again for sharing another awesome video. Jobs on the farm never stop, just finished planting now making silage. I used to love making silage cutting the grass then chopping it for the 🐄. I'm with you the smell of fresh cut grass it's awesome. Really jealous I do miss it ,thanks again take care and stay safe 👍 😊.

Great Video Kels, research in New Zealand shows that cutting ay 10% flower gives maximum yield and persistence on the alfalfa (Lucene) stand, thanks for sharing

I totally agree with you Kels I love the smell of fresh cut hay,the Brunts look awesome and very comfortable,we are currently working on the second cutting always a good day when I can watch a farming with Kels video stay safe and enjoy your day

sorry but what difference does it make to cut the lawn with that vehicle and a mowing bar attached to the tractor? the costs of the machines are different.

Thanks so much for watching! :) The self propelled haybine is the designated unit with the sickle cut, the disc bine is the other unit we have :) Those are the two different ones we have that we are able to use for the process. We always said if we wanted it to rain cut hay lol there are few guys trying to get first cutting done yet we will be cutting grass here soon got to love the smell of fresh cut grass
