I have had some really bad experiences with roleplay servers. There were 2 servers that did bad stuff. 1. NSW RP, scammed people for robux, lucky i left in time 2. AURP, (australia rp) They were slaving mods, (i was one of them), doubled their hours (3 to 6), let UNDERAGE people join their departments, (like highway patrol etc), removed mods for no reason (they did mod refreshes and give us no warning and no valid reason for them) , their managment is horrible and their higher ups did ABSOLUTLY NOTHING, letting the less pwoerful mods to do all the shifts. Be careful

I kinda have to disagree on the answer you gave to the question "What would you do if I started abusing." You can't give higher staff than you or staff the same rank as you. I would gather as much evidence as I can against him and report it to HR staff or the owner.
