Worked for Knight this past year. Been to the Phoenix yard many times, massive parking and driver lounge. Hopefully the money is better for you than it was for me. Was out 3-4 weeks at a time and barely brought home $800 a week. I’m single with no family and still was barely getting by. Hope it works out for you though! They do have great accounts and consistent lanes.

You’ll make more driving local. Especially if you get your tanker & Hazmat endorsements I know circle K starts drivers making 95k+ a year delivering gas all day

I worked for Navajo Express Inc they have a yard in Phoenix well actually Tolleson AZ n that is on the same exit as the Love's. Navajo rarely had issues with the pumps at Tolleson yard

My truck was with the same thread from like 5 drivers ago lol. Had a very low thread drive tires that were barely legal and then one day i noticed one of my steers had a deep cut so i got that changed. Some weeks went on then got 2 new drives. So at the end when i quit 2 out of 8 drives were new and 1 steer. A complete shitshow 😂

been with knight and swift both have different setups even if its both under knight I prefer knight but if i was a rookie I would go with swift we have higher number of crashes simple put we have the most trucks next to JB hunt while JB hunt will work you like a dog knight more laid back. Pay aint the best but what I needed was hometime being #1 priority and money 2nd my family isn't a 2nd place its always money 2nd that said swift or knight have more terminals then anyone else and because of that they can get you home more often then some these mom and pop. companies small and big bottom line all they care about is the bottom dollar don't let anyone say different some these small companies say they care but had many relatives get burned from them worse then what big companies do.
