Tempered Glass for mobiles are available from Rs 50 to Rs 500. I think the lady paid a higher price as that tempered glass should not be more than Rs. 250.

Until you become a PRO at bargaining, To avoid paying more you can prefer buying from shops that has 'FIXED RATE' mentioned. This will ensure that you don't end up paying a lot to the shopkeeper.
