Jyoti, ek baat bataa rahin hoon. Yeh sab diet ke chakkad mein mat pado Daily, simple healthy food khao, 3 times, walk karo, fresh fruits and veggies khao regularly,, gunny ko bhi khilao ... kuch protective drinks piyo, jaise, jeera paani, methi paani, fennel water, vitamin c loaded lemon water , ginger aur black salt daal ke... curry leaves empty stomach mein khao, hormonal balance ke liye...... hafte mein do teen baar, kaccha haldi ke kuch tukde kha sakte ho empty stomach aur saath mein lukewarm water, neem leaves ghee mein fry karke steamed rice ke saath khao, bitter gourd boil karke khao, sugar dur rahega . lehsun ke ek pod chabaa ke khao ya toh rice ke saath khao, joint pain aur laziness ka maha oshaud, bahut saare aise cheezein hain jo tum adopt kar sakte ho. Mein bahut modern hoon, par, yeh sab mamlein mein, poorane gharelu nuske, maanti hoon, aur trust me, they are really beneficial. Avoid fried foods and street food ....only twice a month, chalega.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Yeh idea accha hoke rakha hain????

@@JyotiJoshiVlogsagar aapko weight loss karna hai to diet Kam karna padega calorie deficit ko dhyan me rakhkar. agar aap 3 meal per day leti hai to ek mil ko skip karke 2 meal par aana padega otherwise weight loss nhi hoga. Ha agar weight to control karna hai aur as it is weight par rhna hai to upar diye nuskhe ko follow kar sakti hai.
