Ramadan Mubarak May Allah help our Palestinian brothers. Aameen Alhum tho lillah, Free Iftar is not uncommon in masajid all over referred to as Islamic centers. Brothers contribute & lay food on tables on sidewalks by Masjid exits like coke, bagels, baguettes, breads, percolators with chai in the hallway. It’s a good feeling in Ramadan to sit around a long sheet on the masjid floor and eating together Iftar.

I've searched so many "Pakistani living in USA channels" and sorry to say not even a single one has uploaded something about the atmosphere of American schools and universities,,, I want to know how do practicing, modest Muslims kids survive there or do they have to put their "zameer" to sleep??? What challanges do they have to face while living in a secular country?? Do you have any info about it?? I would really appreciate if anyone from viewers could answer my questions??

Yeah, sure. For "modest Muslim kids", it really depends on their view of their surroundings and how they perceive it to be. Meaning, if one were to focus on themselves and keep their circle based on their choice, it would be for the better, as they could create their own environment. The atmosphere around them cannot be changed in these schools, however Muslims who want to continue to focus on the religion must guard themselves, and ultimately protect themselves and their peers of the circle they are in. Persevering is important In these situations, during these times of perseverance, one should try to understand your surroundings, and how you can guard yourself from any harm. As far as challenges, the only challenges religion wise would be would be the lack of Islamic environment. If one can make and maintain their own environment, it could be beneficial, such as keeping things or remembrance in their residence. The main thing we learn from all this is to not let the environment control you, and you should do the opposition of this. As long as one can stay steadfast on the belief, and on the straight path, they shall have the means necessary to handle their surroundings, in these schools. ~ahaider
