How do they work it for covers for Ellen? If all the women in the ensemble are asian, and ellen is the only white character, do they just have an asian actress cover ellen? I guess it doesn't make much difference to the story but i'm just curious

Evie Carter i remember seeing a production in the West End where one of the ensemble women was white, so I'm guessing she covered Ellen? Maybe they have somethig similar in this production? :)

Evie Carter In the west end production they had one or two white women in the ensemble who covered Ellen and then Natalie Chua, an Asian woman of the ensemble, was the third cover of Ellen, so yes, they have had an Asian Ellen at one point.
