For those Non punters out there, on what he did, those 100 drop drills a day keeps the ball with a tight spiral up in the air and a good hangtime. Basically your guide hand on the side of the ball and dominate hand on the back of the ball with the thumb between the Logo and the laces at chest height while dropping it where you want to have it bounce back to you not away from you
