FIRST DAY OF SERVICE! Oakville Transit 2024 Nova Bus LFSE+ (2403) Ride Video On Rte. 18 2/3/25

Here is a video of Oakville Transit Nova Bus LFSE+ #2403 running on route 18 eastbound towards Oakville GO from Bronte GO Station. It was 2403's first day in full service, and it made a very fast ride going to the Oakville GO. If anyone sees a bus that has a very tall roof top, then it's an electric bus. These buses were just delivered recently to Oakville Transit as their first 40-foot electric buses, and these are sadly replacing the D40LFR buses.

Awesome night ride and engine sounds. Great to see Oakville finally getting its first electric conventional bus. Yes I will have to get as many catches as possible of the D40LFRs before their retirement. Will this be the year of retirement for all of them or just some?

I don't know if all of them are retiring this year, but we will see. Still gonna get many catches of them as I can.

GRT still has one 2023 LFSE+ that still needs to be delivered, unit 22306.
