Why don't you get a uni big bag or a laptop bag? Can you please share your journey to becoming a Nurse associate? What you had to study to join. After the 2 years do you automatically keep transitioning from bank 4 to working towards band 5 or do you have to work as a band 4 for a year before you can proceed to studying to become a band 5 nurse?

Because when NA's qualify, they leave the job leaving the trust that sponsored their nursing short. So now, most trusts will keep NA's as band 4 for a year before they go for the top up to be band 5.
