Hi angel! For sure Rome ! The host family was way better 🤍 in Italy they have a similar hospitality to Portugal so I was way more comfortable ! In London I had to change host families and I saw lots of people with the same problems as I had :( In Rome the food was also better, as well as the prices, the tours… In London you have more of an international experience, the guides tend to be from all over the world which is super cool & the true vibe of London! In Rome every guide is Italian and they know so much history about the city so all the free tours with them are soooo cool! I once went to have breakfast with a teacher and she told me so much about the Rome history 🤭 and it was a mix of Italian and English’s so I ended up improving both languages 😂🤍 If you need to learn English go to London, if you already have a good English level I recommend for sure to go to other EF destinations 🥰
