Interesting to see little habits we all learn and stick to. I remember my grandma telling me the opening of the pillow goes inwards so no bugs can crawls into ur pillow lol. 9:52 AAAAK! Those O'Keefe & Merritt appliances are EPIC! That's an oven with a rotisserie/grillevator combo, and angled cooktop with griddle. The same model was in my Grandfather's kitchen where I learned to cook. He was a chef with a green thumb who passed all his knowledge to me. I know they're costly to get parts for these days so I get why she's replacing them, but do try to put them to full use before she does.

Beautiful house. The living room windows are a complete blessing. Can't imagine how cozy it must be when it's raining outside and you're sitting there with a mug and a book. O'Keefe & Merritt is an early 20th century American appliance brand; the appliances themselves are considered pretty valuable, depending on how well they function/condition. lots of people refurbish them to look brand-new. they're considered to be very well-made. the ones in your place are all custom/built-in; if they work, you might want to see about getting them refurbished, spiffing them up yourself,or your landlord might consider selling them to buy replacement items. if they work, it would be my personal choice to try to keep them, but that's me. these particular appliances look like they were made in the 1930'-50's (probably the 40's to 50's).

Nice house! O'Keefe & Merritt was the top name in stoves in the 40's - 70's. Those are from the early 60's and were called built-ins. That looks like a pomegranate tree leafing out. Does it have thorns?

Hey we use our TV as speakers for music too. Before, we had a projector and two separate speakers, which were pretty good and decently loud. 90’s baby here, and I remember when flat screen TV’s came out and were small and like $2000… my husband found one that’s at least four feet across (idk the exact size) for 600€, and its speakers are SO loud and clear.

You should look at the 43” Samsung Serif TV, It’s supposed to have a furniture look instead of just large black rectangle; I would offset it towards the corner of the window, angle towards the couch.
