The descendant tokens can be used for gold and kuiper. I spent mine on that but didny get to 300k gold or 30k kuiper....

2 things you can do: first you can contact nexon support to see what they can do Second, you can check ETA to see if you can sell the descendant ticket and that should give you an exchange token to buy another descendant. I am not sure if number 2 would work but it's something you can consider because it's something that exist right now in the ANAIS shop.

How do you get the gold token? I think it's called a "Descendant Special Exchange Token" you see it in Anais exchange shop.

My understanding, it's not based whether you select it or not, it's part of the rewards that you can get. There are different tasks you have to accomplish, and this page is just to show some of the things you can get as a sneak peek, if you check the other tabs you can see where you can claim the gifts and they are hidden, so you won't know what they are until reveal. I believe you will be able to get it whether you select bunny or not because you notice even if you select bunny, every time you come back to the page it moves back to Keelan.

open your menu, tab over to descendant, and you will see all the descendant including the one you just bought. if you click on the descendant you will have the option to use that descendant. Hope this helps my friend

I highly doubt it since they didn't mention. I have no way of knowing since I didn't buy any descendant, and I don't intend to unfortunately. The slot cost 50 calibers, and I refuse to pay for one at this point of the game. So I will buy a slot from ETA when available, he's selling one this weekend

I am not sure about the phone issue, but normally you can clear your cache and restart your phone to get certain websites to work on android system, which is what I use.

My friend, the only thing I think you can do now is to continue buying gold or kuiper with the rest. I would suggest email nexon support and explain your dilemma. I don't see anywhere else you can get these tokens, and I already unlocked all 14 rewards. Sorry about that, again try nexon support and see if they have a solution

It's just so easy to do. You don't even have to link your nexon account if you don't want to. I did all last season events with just clicking the PlayStation button on their website. Then I picked what Goody I wanted, and it ended up in my mailbox. Today, I went through just a few minutes of linking my nexon account. And now I don't even have to click the PlayStation button anymore. Cause my accounts are all linked. Now I just go to the webpage and click claim gift and boom. I got gifts in my mailbox. It's literally less clicks than it takes to turn on your console and get into the game.

Yeah, I'm one of the those people Nexon is screwing over in the holiday's since I can't receive anything in my in game mail! Lucky me! Yeah, I get to listen to everybody get all this free Sh**! My mail box has been empty Since the first day of the Thanksgiving event! Why am still playing? Don't know! I'll give Nexon 1 more week maybe! That's is kind of messed up. If it used to work before, it should continue to be working unless you changed your credentials for your account. I remember when I first started the game I did the twitch event with an old email address, but when I switch to a new email I had to relink my account to get mail coming to my new one. Yea, I would definitely keep hounding their support about this issue if I were you.
