It's understood that it's a startup and they might have spent money on R&D, prototyping etc, but however in real life, spending 7+ lak for the common man seems to be unrealistic. They should think of reducing the cost by using composite material rather than spending 80-90% on metal body, composite material are lighter in weight, which will give more advantages , like weight reduction , cost reduction, increase in mileage etc etc.,, Wishing all the best to the company

Good to know about life time warranty (or only support?) for the battery. Didn't tell how the side mirrors are operated (manual or switch operated?) For this price buyers would expect car key to be remote key and the rare dickey door to be button operated. Also expect safety airbags at least for the driver.

I think, 4 lakh for the base variant and 5.5for top variant can be charged for it to be successfull in Indian market. It is similar to how china has introduced willungs and looks also similar to willungs and sales a lot more than the tesla. Because most of the people would always prefer economic.

Car design is good, rear seat is not necessary. I would use this car to commute to office and grocery runs and every place where the streets are narrow and parking space is tight. Take off the back seats, make the front 2 seats luxurious, the boot space created will be enough for loading groceries and lighter luggage.
