It's been three weeks since day one of training and the progress of the trainees are slow. This has left the mentors and the bookers questioning if the trainees are really ready for the real life modeling world. To put them to test, Class 20 will be going into a casting, for real.

If you were one of the trainees, how would you have fared for the open casting? Is there something you would do differently from the trainees?

Obviously, i didn’t get why but if I was there I’d use ALL kind of sources to improve myself they should be aware that they have to do their best in order to stay there and do a good job I personally didn’t see much effort they were too comfortable

To be honest I don't understand the backlash that Bonita received. The reality is more cruel than this, you are not good, you don't get chosen by clients, you are not making money, she is running a business not charity, would you allow a model who is not generating revenue while you need to continue to bear the expenses? Virtue signalling is REAL.

Does anyone else feel the uneasiness between Bonita and Elise/Layla? There's this sense of distance where they don't dare to disagree. Bonita even said Elise's handwriting was ugly and threw the paper back to her at 13:20. Red flags of a bad work environment.

@@tasteoflove9367 There is nothing to defend. Just pointing out how ridiculous the comment is. The original comment is from a newly created account just to post hate comments on our KZbin channel. He/she has been doing it on every video. We are here every day and we know our working relationships with our staff and models the best. It only appears that way on camera because no one wanted to say the wrong things on camera. And due to time constraints, banters needed to be edited out. We'll be sure to leave more of that in next season and stretch it to a few more episodes.

why are people saying bonita is cruel or harsh? if u watched or read interviews of overseas models or even VS models, their agencies treated them way stricter which is why some models ended up quitting. this industry is only for people with strong willpower. if you cant handle judgements or comments then dont bother even coming for casting.

The fitness class is just for them to move their body. There isn’t any actual aesthetic sculpting. Go look at how nike master trainers train victoria secret angels. I mean it’s always good to set the bar high~ (go mimic their Exercise plan) do better! Cos everybody deserves to look better. Always put yr best foot foward

Bonita is not too harsh. not everyone has what it takes to be a model. it's not an easy industry. especially so many weeks in, they are expected to do the work. sometimes it doesn't even look like they want this??

I already commented something like this on the first ep but i just wanted to say thank you!! I'm currently in the process of finishing school and i have to search an internship and basically decide what i want to study and work in the future. I was already planing on trying to get an internship at a model agency but with this series i got a really good look inside an agency. Of course they are different around the world but i think it gave me a pretty good picture of the work of bookers and what you guys do in general. With that I realized that I definitely want to work as a booker (not sure if this is the correct term but basically the work Bonita, Elise etc do). So yeah thank you so much for this insight and I am more determined than ever to work for my dream and try to get a internship at an agency :)

The trainees are not as eager as those trainees back in earlier days… they can do without a modelling contract. And nowadays most clients use influncers. Also bonita looks like she tried too hard to look effortless and young. She copy gen z fashion but the face sibei rabak and 臭！看了很sway~ 很像瘟神转世 (不过我看了很爽这个series hahahahaha)
