Her pronunciation is actually pretty good. She has a very smooth, rounded "r" as it's pronounced in English and she doesn't add unnecessary "o" and "u" sounds at the end of words that end with a consonant.

The o and u thing comes from the fact that all Japanese words end in either a vowel sound, or an n, and that can be difficult to shake off for native speakers learning a new language.

The English post aveolar R is very distinctive, it doesn't exist in other languages. it originated because of a number of changes that occurred and because of so many influences from different languages into English Other Germanic languages for example, none have the post aveolar R. They either have the throaty soft R (in Nordic countries we call it Skarre R) like in standard High German, standard Danish, Franconian dialects like standard Dutch. Or the thrilled hard R (we call it Skulle R) like in Swedish, most Norwegian dialects, Iceland, Old English, Low German, Dutch Low German/Saxon dialects like Achterhoeks, Frisian, etc. This is the original R coming from proto-Germanic, that's why all ancient Germanic languages including Old English have this pronunciation of the R sound Therefore I wouldn't really hold it against a non native English speaker if they can't pronounce the modern English post aveolar R. Since this R sound isn't even original from English anyway
