You feel the emotion through the way he sings and the way they play. Every note is bleeding from the fretboard. Especially in Myles’s solo, he play every nuance with so much passion here.

Myles Kennedy is one of the hardest working guys in rock. I love his work with Alter Bridge & Slash.

Alter Bridge is great. Myles voice and Tremonti's guitar, always great.

These guys are so talented and amazing. They are a great live band that can play light or super heavy. They have 7 albums and all are great, not a bad song in their catelogue.

That was really good! I had to stop & listen, even to the guitar solo! 💜💜💜

Great tune and reaction! Yes - this song is both a lament of loss and a celebration of life. The shared guitar solo is great - not necessarily technical skill-wise; but more because it perfectly serves the song! Myles ‘David Gilmour-esque’ part is crying out sadness and loss, while Mark’s more metal part is lashing out at the unfairness of it all, before crescendoing at its end. The chorus and bridge are generally uplifting and comfort that the lost loved one is in a better place and their suffering is over. Cheers!
