They said they were a dev “getting info from players” and asked our whole group questions. Mostly stuff that they claimed were for upcoming updates. What I think dandys requirements would be if you could have him (wich is impossible): 1.- Unlock every single toon, trinket and have all research 2.- Collect 10million tapes in total (or more) 3.- complete all mastery quests on pebble 4.- Only alpha players will be able to try to get him Maybe his abilities would be: "Dont mind if I do" He can steal an amount of tapes from a player (max 50 tapes) "Where are my creations?" He has avery twisted marked for him for 10 seconds, it activates when the elevator doors open

We'll apparently dandy can only be received if you are a moderator hacker or even an exploiter and something else that you can possibly get dandy, anyways dandy may not have any abilities but the twisted toons aren't able to hurt him or kill him I think..
