Backstory on this collaboration. More than a decade ago Halestorm and Evanescence were on tour together. Lzzy would sing this song by herself, just playing the piano. Amy Lee asked her if she could come out on stage and harmonize with her. The rest is history.

There's a live version, one of many, of them doing this 11 or 12 years ago on The Stone Pony summer stage in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The Pony holds a special place in my heart as much of my misspent youth was spent there back in the seventies.

Just wanted to note that Lzzy has since debunked the on-and-off thing, saying that only came out because instead of asking her or Joe, it was Josh Smith (the bassist) who got cornered with that question during an interview and he didn't know what to say. Lovely reaction!!

This is a epic collaboration of singers! Another couple of great songs from Halestorm are "Back From The Dead" and "I Get Off"! Amy Lee of Evanescence is a fantastic singer also, you may want to check out a pretty new MV from them, "Yeah, Right"!

I love this song. It really show cases Lzzy's versatility. Lol the Cliff video is pretty funny. Anthony Ray made a great diss track at the guy. Knox Hill did a video about it all to but no track. The whole thing is hilarious.
