No i dont think so as international license is particularly used for international driving and its really easy to get as you just need to present Pakistani license and visa

@@rajaukwala7333 Well i just got my licence and it is a requirement that my licence should be at least 1 year old before I can apply for international one. Btw thanks for reply :)
