Hello Mam, I am sorry to message on this channel and different video, but for other channels, you haven’t enabled comment section. Mam, I have started taking one drop magic and lite alternatively, for skin problems, infertility and thyroid, since 4 days. I am having acid reflux & bloating. My hands & foot are generally too cold during winters. So, I take these oil after breakfast & 5-6 pm in evening, considering your suggestions in videos.
