Matt is allergic to tree nuts and stone fruits, and they take great care of Luna. I'm sure they know what's best.

It's really only a problem if she's eats them. And science doesn't really support the idea the eating nuts too young causes allergies, but most doctors still recommend that you wait until after they're one to introduce common allergy foods to babies. However for a baby who has a high likelihood of having an allergy due to family history, waiting to introduce them to that food until after age 7 might help stave off the allergy

Book Recommendation: Hinds Feet on High Places by Hannah Hurnard. I think you can find it on Audible.com or some other audio book sites. It is the story of a young woman who takes a journey through the stages of faith and belief. I think this is a good book for both Christians and non-Christians b/c the journey takes the subject through various emotions (such as Mountain of peace, valley of temptation, etc. - not the real names from the book but examples). I could not put this book down b/c I wanted to see where the journey took the subject to next.

New babies are hard. You'll be OK. Amanda when 3 months rolls around you'll feel better. Baby will sleep through the night like ten hours if you're lucky. I have 2 kids and my daughter only slept 7 hours but she would go back to sleep after a feeding for another 2 hours. the time of stress is short.

Basalmic vingear is REALLY GOOD with avacados with salt and/or pepper if you prefer; if you even want to have it as a snack, cut it in half, and using the knife cut it in squares then just put the vinegear and other stuff if you want, with a spoon, its nice and easy to go ^~^ Also, love books like that but i prefer using Incenses (despite having Asthma) or even the natural plants....idk im a pagan so i do this all the time xD Blessed Be
