Just got mine, I notice the Quick start guide has different flap settings to the PDF manual. 55 and 25 Deg as opposed to 25 and 45 mm. Just wondering what you are using.

Great looking plane. The ModelAv8r channel showed both the fuselage and the wings needing to be epoxied together. I think you said the major parts were all bolted together. Wonder what the difference is.

I glued the 2 plastic inserts (wing attachment straps) into the wings but didn't glue the actual wing halves together. Achieves the same thing. I didn't have a manual when I assembled mine.

I HK this and they recommend glueing the wings together for piece of mind. I'd say don't glue them, fly it, if you love it then glue them together. I'd imagine glueing them tougher makes it a hard plane to sell on due to its permanent wingspan and posting etc

@@EssentialRC Thanks. The other video showed the fuselage was in two pieces and had to be epoxied together. Maybe they had a pre-production one, or something else.

Dom what are them crease lines above the wings on both side of the Fuselage? Is it wear marks from heavy landings or mold lines? I can't tell. Thanks.

Scale detail moulded into the fuselage on both sides.

One connector block from each wing half needs to be pulled into the fuselage and pushes into a connector in the fuselage. The wing is secured to the fuselage with 4 bolts.

Think I flew for 5 to 6 minutes but didn't look at pack voltage after. Long enough for an intense aerobatic flight that I did in the next video.

I enjoy building RC foam and plastic model kits. Modern PNP or BNF models are too easy to put together. There is no challenge.. Nowdays kit versions are pretty much non exist. I wish some company would bring back kits like GWS used to make or something like that. 🤔

@theoztreecrasher2647 sometimes getting the lazercut kits can be easier and more right to the point than trying to get specific wood and making a airplane that may not turn out how you want it too. While I do appreciate people who make their own planes, it's just easier to get a pre cut kit.

Not impressed with the quality of mine. I patiently waited for months to get one and there were so many areas of minor damage from the shipping box, I was very disappointed. The ESC was broken and the rudder connection required surgery in order for it to screw down properly. Poor quality paint, many areas of peeling/flaking. I hope it flies well…
