Everything has input delay unless you have something that makes even light speed look like the speed of a turtle. Anyways input latency is in the ms but even then each ms is noticeable. Look at RDR2 for example which featured a TON of input latency on console. The Xbox Series X uses DLI (Dynamic Latency Input) to lower input latency to as fast as 2ms which that kind of speed is only achievable on a 360hz monitor on PC.

@@ItsJust_Sins yes I'm aware that different monitors have different response times but the xbox controller itself isn't what's causing the delay you see it's the monitors ability. I don't know if maybe there is added delay from wireless because I usually play wired but I can't imagine it's enough to even be noticable.

For example a wired Xbox 360 controller has more input latency than an Xbox One controller but a wired Xbox One controller has lower input latency than a wired controller. Your best best is to probably go with the new controller if we are talking latency.
