This gives me great confidence to believe that I can repair mine but guess what ?the camera on my Mavic pro was not working for more than a year now and to be honest ,I gave up because of all the turn around I have got from the people whom I trust to order the ribbon cable for me ,I have been through hell on high water trying to get my camera back up and now I am done with that so I just fly around come back in and put my mavic down till the next day or two and out I go again but no pictures or films to watch after and that is the story of my life .People take your money and say they will get the stuff for you and then they mess you up so I am finish with that ,thank you iRepairMD ,I watch your videos every now and then and admire your skill and talent .

Thank you for the titoral I ended up using it on the platinum version of mavic. It fixed the drone but some of the parts of the ribbon cable where different. Just out of curiosity I noticed that the cable that I removed had a small chip or something right before that circuit board. I didn't see it on the one I installed or the one on your video. I was wondering what the purpose of that was. also I didn't have adhesive on some of the ribbon cable like yours, idk if that was because I ordered the wrong model number or what. any feedback would be great but like I said its fixed so its a win in my book. Thanks

This video was very helpful and replacing the flex ribbon but unfortunately during test run I had no image or mobility on my gimbal camera. Do you think I need to replace the signal cable?

Hi! Your video is extremely helpful... I left the Gimbal Lock on my MP during Power On. Other times nothing bad happens. BUT this time, after it had sefl-checked after power on, I removed the Gimbal Lock. Now my MP stated in App that Gimbal is NOT ATTACHED. There is Blurry Video Feed to App but Can't control gimbal or camera. Would this replacement fix my issue...???

Hi, so I have this crashed Mavic Pro with no video feed and no movement while I turn on the drone, I have switched the gimbal ribbon and video transmission cable but still just black screen while giving the vision sensor communication error, any chance you know what causes it? (I've done the vision sensor calibration using the dji assistant 2, so I know the front and bottom sensors are working)
