A nice simple set and forget FHG goal strategy. Judging the goal distribution is the icing on top.

Interesting but i have a couple of concerns with this way of trading 1) If a high draw odds increases the chances of goals why wouldn't that already be priced into the goal markets already? 2) Why not backtest with the suggested break even odds? The strike rate drops significantly when doing that. 3) In the Singaporean games showed live none of the games had an odds on the over 0,5 FH market that was even close to the suggested break even odds? Thanks!

1... High draw odds will be priced to into the goal markets... we are waiting for the odds to decay to 1.5 and give us value. 2... I have back tested with break even odds and also no goals scored in the first 15 minutes... I can still achieve a Strike Rate of 76.43%. Waiting for odds of 1.5 as stated in 1... this is very much profitable. 3... In the Singapore matches "Yes" the odds were not near the break even odds before kick off. Yet I still waited for my desired odds of 1.5 and was successful on both matches as show in the video. Thanks.

Interesting strategy. Just one question. You mentioned that you wait for the odds to rise. What is the success rate in your back testing? From the stats you showed, a goal may have been scored before your entry point. Do you have the results based on after the typical entry point? Thanks

The difference from the original test is just 382 games and these matches had a goal scored in the 15 minutes. With draw odds of 5.0 you can achieve a 69.65% SR, waiting for odds of 1.5 (which is more than achievable) using a £10 stake you would make £447.50 and achieve a ROI of 4.48%. Just looking 10 ticks further at odds of 1.6 you would make £1,144.00 and achieve a ROI of 11.44%. The SR increases as the draw odds increase 6.0, 7.0 etc.

Absolutely, all the back testing includes goals scored throughout the first half but then the actual strategy places your trade after 15 mins or so.

Not a criticism but just a thought - How many games had a goal scored before the odds reached what you wanted them to reach to place your trade / bet? Wouldn't that have a big impact on whether the strategy was successful?

OK. I understand. Thanks for taking the time to reply and clearing that up.

The problem with this system is that how many games are 5.0 or bigger on the draw? Not many....once you've added in the low early goals criterion you won't find many games at all.

Have you tried legging in and taking advantage of the rising odds?
@TradingTheMarketКүн бұрын
I have. The second game in the video [Alberix Niigata] you will see I legged in over the half. £9 staked for a profit of £10.04. It's a good tactic but you can miss out on some profits with early goals.
