How come when you make music videos, you go for lip-syncing? Can't you add in clips that fit the lyrics instead? Please respond.

But wouldn't it be better to add in scenes that fit certain lyrics? For "When the crypt doors creak and the tombstones quake", you could've tried adding a scene from Garfield and Friends: Count Lasagna where Dracula awoke and Looney Tunes: Reality Check where the Tweety zombies rose. Point is, there are times when lip-syncing tends to get extremely stale. If I were you, I would seriously think of sticking to adding the right cue clips in music videos. What do you say to that?
