Something very cool about watching your shot curve right where you estimated it would and knock the stupid out of a critter. Plus they are so much more affordable for your average shooting distances. Slugs are great but unless your in windy conditions past 80 yards not necessary!

They both dead quiet. its the pellet hitting what ever you shoot it at make the bang.

Hi, depends on the distance and the pest. Also FAC or sub 12? Eitherway great rifle and backyard friendly. Got an FAC .22 long and very accurate at 60 metres (without too much wind otherwise slugs if FAC). Good luck and stay safe.
