L’inserimento di questo dac nel mio impianto è stata una rivelazione ,mai avrei pensato che potesse fare questa differenza , tra l’altro avendo una valvola nos Telefunken ho sperimentato il cambio e se già andava benissimo , ora sto’ propio godendo della mia musica preferita !!! Secondo il mio modesto parere l’equinox e’ un prodotto veramente eccezionale se si considera anche il prezzo, ha ben pochi rivali !!

@justasimplefox my previous experience streaming was Heos, then went to Eversolo dmp-a6 master and now Equinox. I still use the Eversolo for streaming. Beautiful layered sound stage. Swapped out stock tube with Genalex Gold Lion 12AU7 B749 (To match phono preamp tube)so still breaking that in. I am very impressed and find myself immersed in music. DYNAUDIO Contour 20 and ps audio s300 amp and using cinema 50 as preamp in pure mode. As this is my first foray into a stand alone DAC I can't compare it to much but blows eversolo dmp-a6 out of the water.

​@@chralgmaybe interesting, I wanted to buy exactly the same tube (based on reviews) but my dealer adviced me to take a 12au7wa general electric 6189 NOS. He has tried several tubes in his store and prefered this over the Gold Lion 🤞🏻
