Man that island is the best. North of Cebu is always overlooked by tourist visitors. There are a lot of fun tp do in northern Cebu, plus the beaches are beautiful.

Yes, Bantayan is like Boracay 20 years ago before the tourism boom. Not so touristy place, less crowded beach and more locals you see than foreigners.

I enjoyed bantayan when we went there. The only thing I didnt luke was the ferry ride. Felt like it was the longest time I spent on a ferry. Its very quite and relaxing.
