I'm new to your channel and I have to say..I love you guys! You film in such a refreshing way..and you manage to really bring out not only the sights..but a deep emotional connection to what is around you. And the fact that you are "foodies" and truly appreciate what is being served to you really speaks to my soul. I have a question please: I will be retiring in a few years and I just watched your Ensenada video because this is my number one choice to go to in MX due to the mild climate..low rents..being close to the beach..and the amazing food. But now that I see this video of Roma..and the obvious abundance of culture and places to eat..I am torn which to try first. Your opinions please? Needed this to keep going and to remind me why I post these videos on KZbin in the first place - to help people like you, share my story, and listen to yours. I can't say THANK YOU enough 😘 You really saw what I was trying to achieve. On the other note, yes, we, too, trying to figure out what's the best place to live, settle down and retire, and so far, the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods of Mexico City are the top contenders. Ensenada is more laid-back compared to them, with great seafood and nature than Mexico City, while Roma and Condesa neighborhoods are full of amazing restaurants to try, museums, parks, shops, with plenty to do. I'll have a video on pros and cons of Mexico city next week, will try to clarify things there for you, hope it helps!
