Have you had any eye irritation with this palette? I want to get it, but read a review that said the packaging contains a warning not to use several of the pigments in the immediate eye area

Sorry for the late reply. I've never had any irritation from this palette. I know that many brands have to put that disclaimer on their products (my guess is to protect themselves from law suits, should someone have a bad reaction), but generally it's okay for most people. If you have super sensitive eyes, I'd do little patch tests not too close to the lash line and see how your eyes react 😉Hope that helps.

Juvia’s place definitely has some weird shimmer formulas scattered throughout their palettes. For shades like cleopatra and leyla, they arent very metallic or even matte... not very high shine and look gritty. I also have some trouble with cleopatra, but i still like Juvia’s place

Emily Choi Yes, definitely need to work with a couple of shades to get that high-impact shimmer. But generally JP are great for the price and I just love the colour schemes in their palettes 😍

Love this look! I want to try a bronze/brown eye with blue on the bottom. I’ve just got a new palette (the Christen Dominque Latte Palette) that will be awesome for this! Also, side exciting note... Yeess, definitely give it a try! It's such a wearable way of incorporating more colour into the look and it really makes the eyes pop 😍 I have heard good things about the CD Latte Palette, but I have so many similar colours in my collection already that I couldn't justify buying it for myself lol, but I am sure you'll be able to create the same look with that one! Okay, that IS a very exciting side note.... Not going to lie - I am jealous right now hahaha! So yes, I 100% understand 😄 xx
