Forest finally found his fave country - Malaysia! Never seen him so chatty and happy.. and.. he eats well here too! Also, the chicken rice ball is just all rice. probably cooked with chicken oil and broth. No slices of chicken in them..

Fantastic forest as come into his own bless him. Such a different chatty boy & eating 👏👏. Well done little man 💕

The section in the metal cage inside the church - was where St. Francis Xavier was buried for a year. He died on an island in China, was brought back here and buried until the trade winds changed and his friend could take him back to Goa in India with him.
@auvoir2000 Жыл бұрын
Hey hey. The chicken rice balls are just compressed chicken rice which are meant to be eaten with a side of chicken. They do not contain chicken at all except the flavor. Imagine a plate of chicken rice but the rice are in balls. 😀 . The owner should have told you that. Hehe.

The name of Melaka(Malacca) stated in the Map of the World at Monument of Discoveries in Lisbon, Portugal... Basically, Cendol is green noddles that made from Pandan leaves extract, rice flour, corn flour & other ingredients, served with cooked old coconut milk, coconut palm sugar & ice... 🙂

24:18 the rice is cooked in chicken broth as fat-gives it the really special flavour! I boil the chicken first with ginger, garlic, scallions, lemongrass, soy beans, sesame seed oil and parsley, then when done, the remaining liquid I reserve half as the broth to serve the dish with and the other half I use to cook the rice in.

15:00 This church originally from the remains of the Melaka palace that was destroyed by the Portuguese. beside this hill is a replica of the Melaka palace. but, the real Melaka palace is much bigger than this replica. it has seven layers of roof 16:34 This well also originates from the time of the Malay Sultanate of Malacca. it is a tunnel used by the Sultan of Melaka as a way to escape from enemy attacks 18:07 This is the original marker stone from the Melaka palace but does not have a statue. it was added by the enemy after capturing the city of Melaka. This is the entrance to the palace of Melaka and if seen correctly, it faces the sea of the strait of Melaka to guard the waters of Melaka from being attacked by enemies.

The leftover fort, A famosa entrance, when Portuguese constructed it in 1511, it was right on the Malacca river bank. That A Famosa entrance was facing straight to the sea. After the Dutch conquered Malacca, they reclaimed the land that was once the sea. See how large the land the Dutch reclaimed from that A Famosa fort entrance to the current land in the city of Malacca? I believe the Dutch expanded land reclamation in Malacca, until what you see the sea is farther away from the fort.
